We inhaled season 3 of Sex Education, a super cool and very funny series that follows the lives, insecurities, and sexual hang-ups of the students, parents, and teachers of Moordale High School.  Apart from a fantastic story line and sharp script, the Welsh countryside is breathtakingly gorgeous and the set design fabulously quirky. A must-watch. (Netflix)

Don’t F**K With Cats

The disturbing story of one of Canada’s most infamous crimes, the murder of Lin Jun killed by narcissist Luka Magnotta, who courted internet infamy before the murder by circulating videos of himself killing kittens. A hard to watch but extraordinarily well-made documentary. (Netflix)

Popcorn is the perfect low-calorie snack – when prepared the right way. Forget the ready-made processed stuff and make your own by air-popping corn kernels and adding fresh ingredients for uber-flavour.
Naturally, our go-to is our completely delicious nuut chocolate popcorn. Less than 50 calories per serve, it’s satisfying, gives great crunch and is super good for you too.
