Returns and Refunds
Although we hope all of our customers love our products as much as we do, this isn’t always the case. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase (after opening only your first sachet), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns policy only applies if you return all sachets in that purchase less the one sachet that you tried and you email us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that you do want to return products, simply email us at email@example.com (please include your original order number) and we will guide you through the process.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Please note we will only accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused and sealed and purchased from the nuut.com website. As our products are ingestible, we are unable accept returns of opened products. Also note that we will not accept returns of packs or bundles if more than one sachet from that bundle has been opened. We do not accept returns for products purchased from any other retailers.
Used bottles cannot be returned for refund.
Receiving a refund
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received by our warehouse and processed. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will begin refund process. Refunds are processed in the method of payment used when placing your original order nb credit card refunds can take up to 2 weeks from processing, depending on your financial institution.
