Love it

I was a bit disappointed at first when I saw it was all chocolate as I don’t normally like chocolate milk but it’s delicious and very creamy so that was a pleasant surprise.. I’ve been on the plan for a week, it’s easy and I’m loving it. Best of all I’ve had no cravings at all for something sweet in the afternoon so I haven’t even felt like cheating. It arrived quickly and I love the fact you send the packets back free to get recycled, that’s a really great system! Yes I would recommend it and yes I would buy it again.

Game changer

I have been using this product for the past 6 weeks at the recommendation of my naturopath as part of supporting some dietary changes - I have finally managed to shift some weight and generally feeling allot better!
